Dirt Hugger is a world-class composting business that creates OMRI-listed organic compost from recycled organic materials. We are a purpose-driven organization dedicated to improving soil health and reducing methane emissions from landfills. As a 30-person business, we are small and nimble, but we have the support structure to be strategic in our initiatives and the execution of our company vision.

As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the helm of expanding our reach, growing revenue, and positioning our brand as the go-to choice for high-quality compost and sustainable solutions. You’ll lead with strategy, creativity, and execution to drive sales, build partnerships, and amplify our mission. At the same time, you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and dive into the day-to-day—whether it’s helping run the front office or supporting hands-on efforts to keep things moving. This is a role for someone who leads by doing and thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
